BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON OR INSTALLING OR USING WEBTIMESYNC (THE "PRODUCT"), THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("LICENSEE") IS CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF LICENSEE DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE BUTTON INDICATING NON-ACCEPTANCE MUST BE SELECTED, AND LICENSEE MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
Licensees of WebTimeSync (all versions, including any beta versions) must accept this license agreement:
WebTimeSync is supplied as is. Victor Boyer (hereinafter refered to as "author") disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any particular purpose. Author supplies you with the non-exclusive right to install Product on a unlimited number of computers. The author assumes no liability for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, consequential, or acts of God, which may result from the use of WebTimeSync. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from Product except as permitted by applicable law. You may not charge for the Product except for a minimal "disk fee". You may terminate this license agreement at any time provided that you destroy all copies of the Product. This license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any part of the agreement, at which time, you must destroy all copies of the Product. Author, at any time, may terminate this license agreement.
