  18. Programmers Site Updater (PSU for short) is a simple commandline application
  19. intended for the work of updating sites on the internet. It has several power-
  20. ful features and more are planned (see homepage). For a discription of the 
  21. script commands, please see in the file psu.ref.

  23. Requirements
  24. This program runs under Windows95, only. It is possible that it works with 
  25. WindowsNT, too, but this I have not tried myself. Please report any experience
  26. with NT.
  27. An internet account and some knowledge of Internet and basic filemanagement is
  28. also required.
