  48. Welcome to NeoTrace, the fastest and easiest way to find out why you
  49. can't get get from point A to point B.

  51. To use NeoTrace you will need:
  52.  
  53. - A '32 bit' version of Windows, i.e. Win95, 98 or NT 4.0 or greater.
  54. - A connection to the internet
  55. - The MS version of WinSock, this is the default installation for all
  56. windows platforms.  If you are using a 3rd party winsock implementation,
  57. such as Trumpet, you may have problems.

  59. Notes for this version:

  61. - This release fixes several problems including problems some users
  62. experienced with printing and other output, persistent window size and
  63. location, several minor problems with the status bar and more.
  64. - Now supports automatic WhoIs lookup for the .tw domain (Taiwan).
  65. - Now supports dual monitor systems.
  66. - You may install this version over any previous version however please
  67. remember that:
  68. 1.       You will orphan the Uninstall item in the control panel for the
  69. version you install over top of.
  70. 2.      If you are a registered user and install the shareware version
  71. over top you will end up with a shareware version. If you are unaware of
  72. your upgrade options visit the NeoWorx web site or use the 'go online'
  73. button in the version you currently have installed.
