Overview
--------
NOTE: In the UNREGISTERED version, the game starts over everytime you play it. Statistics are not saved, and there is a shareware notice. Please consider registering.
Object:
To rid yourself of all your cards by making sets (cards of the same number) and runs (cards of the same suit in sequence).
Initial:
10 cards are dealt to each player. The human player starts out playing each round.
Game Play:
Before being able to play, you either have to draw a card from the draw pile, or pick up the top discard.
Once that is done, you can play any possible sets of 3 or 4 cards, runs of 3 or more, or single cards that will fit on an already played (by either player) set or run on the board.
To play, select what cards you wish to play and tap in the appropiate screen area. For example, if you select three Kings, then you would tap anywhere in the "Sets" area. Or if you select the 2,3,4 of clubs, then you would tap anywhere in the "Runs" area. Single cards are played the same way.
To end your turn, you must discard. To do this, select the card and press the Discard button in the lower left of the screen.
Winning:
A round is over when a player gets rid of all his cards (number of cards in a players hand is displayed at the top after the #:), or there are no cards left in the draw pile.
Your Round score (displayed at the top of the screen after the S:) is the total of your played cards on the board (see below for point values). If there are cards left in your hand at the end of a round, then the points for those are subtracted from your Round score. This new score is then added to your overall game score.
Multiple rounds are played till a player's game score goes over the set ending score (set in the Settings menu). The player with the highest score that exceeds the set ending score wins the game.
Scoring:
Aces are worth 15 points each.
Face cards (J,Q,K) are worth 10 points each.
Other cards are worth 5 points each.
See the Settings for game customizations.
The N/S button sorts your hand by number, then suit.
The N button sorts your hand by number only.
The solid arrows at the bottom scroll through your hand by one card.
The dahsed arrows at the bottom scroll though your hand by 9 cards.
