  77.  If you are supplying your own disks, always check for errors or format
  78.  them. This is because if we receive a disk containing errors, you will
  79.  still be charged for copying time even if the disk doesn't work because
  80.  of errors.  All of our disks are checked so if there is something wrong
  81.  with the disks when you receive them, do NOT format it, just send it
  82.  back (we will return postage charges if we find anything wrong with 
  83.  the disks) and we will re-copy or send you new disks.

  90.  Ordering is easy. Once you have selected what you wish to order, write down
  91.  the TITLE of the disk AND the DISK REF.CODE and send it along with a cheque
  92.  or postal order to the address below.

  94.  Cash is acceptable but send it at your own risk and make sure it is sent 
  95.  recorded delivery, I cannot be responsible for losses in the post. 
  96.  Obviously if you send cash the order will be sent to you quicker rather 
  97.  than having to wait for the cheque to clear. Your choice.
