  14.     Works under Amiga OS 2.0, hopefully also under Amiga OS 1.3. No longer
  15.     dependent on WShell.

  17.     The previous binary distribution had not been tested under Amiga OS 2.0.
  18.     I have now been able to get my hands on Amiga OS 2.0 and guess what:
  19.     the metamail binary did not work under 2.0  8-(. I also discovered
  20.     that metamail was dependent on having a better shell around (like
  21.     WShell). I hope that the present version works on machines that do not
  22.     have WShell installed, please tell me if you have troubles in getting
  23.     metamail running. It is my ambition that metamail should be able to run
  24.     on a plain Amiga without any fancy packages like WShell.

  26.     The file UULIB/mailcap has been updated so that it no longer requires a shell
  27.     that interpretes '|' as a piping operator.
