  3. Welcome to the CICA NT CDROM for Microsoft Windows NT!
  4.  
  5. This disc contains 800+ programs, categorized into 23 directories,
  6. for Intel based machines running Windows NT.  It also includes 100+
  7. programs for DEC Alpha machines.

  11. Quick Start Instructions:
  12.  
  13.  Windows NT:
  14.     Go to "File" menu under program manager and choose Run.  At the
  15.     Command Line box, type: "D:\setup", assuming 'D' is your cdrom drive.
  16.     This will install a group folder with icons for this cdrom.
  17.  
  18.     To start the CDROM browser program, double click on the icon called
  19.     WinView, or run the program w32view.exe located at the root directory
  20.     of the CDROM.
  21.  
  22.   Windows 95:
  23.     Insert the cdrom into the cdrom drive.  This will automatically
  24.     start a CDROM browser program called WinView.
  25.  
  26.   Windows 3.1:
  27.     Go to "File" menu under program manager and choose Run.  At the
  28.     Command Line box, type: "D:\setup", assuming 'D' is your cdrom drive.

  62. To make browsing the disc easier, we have included the program WinView
  63. for Windows, and the program VIEW for MSDOS on the CDROM.  These programs
  64. allow you to page through index files, browse through directories on the
  65. CD, view documentations and uncompress/install the program(s) you want
  66. onto your hard disk.

  73. be considered to be a sort of try before you buy system where you are
