  1.         A note regarding submissions:

  3.          There  are  several  ways  we  can  be  contacted  for
  4.         submissions and that is via the Internet or BITNET. We can be
  5.         reached at address:   HJ647C at GWUVM.BITNET    or    
  6.         HJ647C at GWUVM.GWU.EDU.
  7.  
  8.          If you are on other networks, such as Fido-net, GEnie, 
  9.         etc and would be willing to accept articles from people at
  10.         those sources and transfer them to me via Internet or BITNET,
  11.         or to our BBS, please let us know and we will list you in 
  12.         the Journal as such.

  14.          Please send your complete article and any accompanying source
  15.         code, along with a description of your background, interests, and
  16.         what you do for a living, or if you're a student, where you go to
  17.         school and what your major is, or if you're in high school, list
  18.         your high school.

  20.          Articles can be sent in any of the following forms:

  22.          Plain ASCII or EBCDIC text
  23.          ZIP or ARC format
  24.          Windows Write (.WRI) format.
