  3. Here's the third release of IniCon.  It's help file has been updated
  4. to reflect minor changes in the VBX (property name changes).  Some 
  5. of the "extra" properties have been removed (DragIcon, DragMode,
  6. etc.).

  8. INICON.HLP is a Windows 3.1 help file that documents this control.
