  1. This disk provides the basic information needed by a Windows
  2. developer to utilize the menubar.dll toolbar control. Menubar.dll
  3. is a copyrighted product of MRL and all rights are reserved. Use
  4. of this version is allowed for evaluation only and continued usage
  5. requires that the user pay the registration fees as defined in the
  6. companion user manual file. MRL obligations and warranties are
  7. defined in the users manual. Registration can be accomplished (for
  8. a single user installation) by sending $20 to MRL at 1200
  9. Stonehurst Drive, Huntsville, Alabama, 35801. Feedback is
  10. desireable and can be made via mail at the above address or via
  11. Compuserve ID [73637,737].

  13. The menubar.dll allows developers to create custom toolbars for 
  14. their programs. These toolbars may include bitmaps associated with
  15. commands. 
  16.  
  17. Quick start for experienced users: 
  18.  
  19.     1)    Unarchive files into program directory 
  20.  
  21.     2)    Unarchive test.zip to execute demo program. Execute
  22.           test.exe to see some examples of usage. 
  23.  
  24.     3)    Create dialogue boxes using dialogue editor or text file.

  26. This disk contains the following files:

  28. menubar.dll    -    The toolbar dll 
  29. menudefs.h    -    definition file for including menubar.dll
  30.                     definitions 
  31. menubar.txt    -    User and registration information(in ASCII text
  32.                     format) 
  33. test.zip        -    Sample of toolbar usage(see read.tst in zip) 
  34. read.me        -    Introduction

  36. The software described herein is furnished under a license 
  37. agreement. The software may be used or copied only in accordance
  38. with the terms of the applicable agreement. The purchaser may 
  39. make one copy of the software for backup purposes. Unregistered 
  40. copies of menubar.dll are for evaluation purposes only, and may be
  41. distributed through normal shareware channels.  Please distribute
  42. these evaluation copies to other bulletin boards and users.

  44. menubar.dll may be uploaded to and downloaded from commercial
  45. systems such as CompuServe, the Source, and BIX, as long as there
  46. is no charge for the product itself.  Those copying, sharing,
  47. and/or electronically transmitting this product are required not
  48. to delete or modify the copyright notice and restrictive notices
  49. from the program or documentation. Any distribution of menubar.dll
  50. must include all files contained in the packed format. Commercial
  51. vendors and distributors of "public domain" or user-supported 
  52. software libraries may distribute copies of menubar.dll unless 
  53. notified by MRL to cease distribution of the product. Only 
  54. nominal fees associated with copying and handling (not to exceed
  55. $5 US) may be charged by anyone providing unregistered copies.
