  19. These utilities are for the October '92 Beta Release of Windows NT.  The
  20. documentation is contained in DRAGDROP.WRI, which is a Windows 3.1 WRITE
  21. file and requires the 3.1 version of WRITE.EXE to read.

  23. These utilities are NOT free, they are Shareware ($9.95 introductory price).

  25. The utilities may be copied to a directory on your path, and then added to
  26. Program Manager or run from Progman's File|Run menu choice, or they may be
  27. run from the File Manager.  The drag 'n' drop part of the utilities requires
  28. that File Manager be running.
