  4. will have no effect upon the EC, French, German, or any site license

  7. This update (PW100.EXE) updates PROCOMM PLUS for Windows version 1.00 to
  8. version 1.02.  To update PROCOMM PLUS for Windows version 1.01 to 1.02,
  9. download and apply PW101.EXE instead.
