  6. The WindSock 1.1 package contains two utilities for Microsoft Windows:
  7. WindSock, which measures Windows CPU, Disk, and Video Performance; and
  8. WindSkRM, which monitors the usage of Windows resources.

  10. This is a upgrade to the WinSpeed freeware utilities, which have been
  11. renamed due to a name clash with a recently released Windows product.

  22. To install these utilities, copy the files into a directory on your hard
  23. disk (the Windows directory is OK), and define the EXE files to Windows
  24. using the File...New Menu command.
