  1.     HOW INSTALL AN ICON IN WINDOWS 3.0 PROGRAM MANAGER:

  4. 1.  Enter the Program Manager in Windows 3.0.
  5.  
  6. 2.  Click once on the program who's icon you wish to change.
  7.  
  8. 3.  Select "File" from the Menu Bar.
  9.  
  10. 4.  Select "Properties" from the File Pull-Down Menu.
  11.  
  12. 5.  When the "Program Item Properties" Dialogue Box appears:
  13.     Select the "Change Icon.." button.
  14.  
  15. 6.  Type in the name of the icon with the full path.
  16.  
  17. 7.  Click on the "View Next" Button. If you have entered
  18.     the name properly, the selected ICON will appear
  19.     in the "Select Icon" Dialogue Box.
  20.  
  21. 8.  Select the OK Button to return to the
  22.     "Program Item Properties" Dialogue Box.
  23.  
  24. 9.  Select the OK Button to return to the Program Manager.
  25.  
  26. The new ICON will appear in the Program Manager Window.
