  8. This program is so small, I'm sending it in executable form. It is simply a 
  9. Windows 3 background tile that is dynamic. Using the mouse lets you shift 
  10. between impulse drive, warp speed, or full engine stop. To run the program,
  11. just run it from inside windows and enjoy.
