  3. Tippy introduces ListTips to Windows 95.
  4. ListTips are similar to ToolTips, but they
  5. appear whenever the mouse is on a list item in
  6. Report View and the column is not wide enough
  7. to display the full text. ListTips also appear
  8. on Tree Views if the item text is not fully
  9. visible.
  10. After Tippy is installed, this feature is
  11. automatically available to all 32-bit-apps
  12. that use the Windows 95 common control UI,
  13. e.g. Explorer, Registry editor and more.
  14. Help and information files are provided in
  15. both German and English.
