  3. Well the  legend continues with another
  4. issue of  the  fantastic  magazine "The
  5. Technocratic Times",  As  a  matter  of
  6. facts it's the  second  issue  and much
  7. has happen since  the  first  issue, we
  8. have a brand new routine  as I promised
  9. you last time.  But  it's  not the 100%
  10. version it  will  feutures some more fx
  11. and a dump  screen  to  printer opption
  12. next time. Well  we  are  awfully sorry
  13. about the long  delay on this magazine,
  14. but  since  we  are a fresh mag it take
  15. some time to  make  a  magazine. But in
  16. the future we  will  try  to  release a
  17. number every 2 moths. Well over  to the
  18. contents as usally it contains  alot of
  19. great articles. We  got  scene  reports
  20. from Sweden, Denmark,  Finland, France,
  21. Yoguslavia, Spain and  Malta.  We  have
  22. some nice interview with Double Density
  23. Crew, The Band And The Supply Team  and
  24. we also got Psygnosis to present  their
  25. company profile in our mag.Then we have
  26. our new started programmers  school and
  27. a little  article  called  "Best Of The
  28. Month"  we  continue  with  our  little
  29. hardware corner and  some  articles for
  30. all you phreakers  out there.  We  also
  31. have some nice book & film  reviews and
  32.  
  33.  
  34. the good old advertisment section. Well
  35. I think  we  have  covered  most of the
  36. contents,so I will only say a couple of
  37. words  and  then you can start to read.
  38. First of  all  I wanna say this we need
  39. more editors so if you want to write an
  40. article just contact us(the address you
  41. can find on  the title page). Well what
  42. shall I write about and and how shall I
  43. do you think now,well it's really quite
  44. simple just  do like this. first find a
  45. subject some tips... Interviews, Scene-
  46. Reports,  CopyParty Reports,  Hardware,
  47. Assembler, Phreaking is allways welcome
  48. and for you graphic freaks why dont you
  49. draw a comic or a nice pic for the mag.
  50. Well over to the  facts,  to  write  an
  51. article  just  load  anykind  of a text
  52. editor  write  down  the article and if
  53. you  want a fancy headline just draw it
  54. in  de  luxe  paint (Lo-res  format, 16
  55. colours maximum) and the same goes  for
  56. the graphic wizards.  See  you  in  the
  57. next issue....
