Description: Quick, simple and refreshingly delicious.

Ingredients
sprigs of fresh mint to decorate (optional)
1 piel de sapo melon
227g (8oz) punnet strawberries, halved
4 tablespoons strawberry or orange liqueur
Instructions
Scoop out the melon flesh using a melon baller or cut into cubes. Place in a serving dish with any juices. 

Add the strawberries and liqueur, stir, cover, place in the refrigerator and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. 

Stir before serving and decorate with sprigs of fresh mint. 

Serve with brandy snaps and whipped cream, if liked.
