AINS()

    AINS() inserts an undefined element into an array.

Syntax

    AINS(<array>,<expN>)

Arguments

    <array> is the array to insert a new element into.

    <expN> is the position to insert the new element.

Returns

    There is no return value.

Usage

    The newly inserted position remains undefined until a new value is
    assigned to it. After the insertion, all elements after the new
    element are shifted down one position and the last array element is
    lost.
