Crunch returns the (possibly) modified string based on
the box name. This functions is a primitive, and is called
by a variety of pop functions that use the box name as a
            variable for a screen buffer.

       Returns:

            A character string.

       Library:

            POPCLIP.TLB

       Notes:

Make sure you pass all 3 parameters! This function does
check for the existence of a box, but other parameters
            are only marginally checked.
