NOTE TO THEME CREATORS: If you make a theme and would like it listed here, you must provide Windows95.com with a PERMANENT home site for the theme on a major FTP site. Themes in "upload" or "incoming" directories on FTP servers will not be posted until they are in a permanent directory. We will no longer be linking to themes on Web servers - you must have your theme posted in a major FTP site's themes directory (we will not link to upload directories). These themes get downloaded VERY often, and we've been experiencing too many bad, removed, or slow links to keep our visitors happy. We appreciate your understanding.
