Getting Started

Before installing and launching WebSleuth, make sure that your system meets the minimum systems requirements listed below. WebSleuth will run just fine on most standard Pentuim-based PCs. Of course, if you have a killer machine with a really fast connection, WebSleuth will take advantage of that too! WebSleuth requires the following system components: 100 MHz Pentium CPU (faster is better) Microsoft Windows 95 or later, or NT 4.0 or later 10MB minimum of available Hard Disk space 16MB minimum of RAM for Windows 95; 32MB for NT A working phone line (ISDN line is even better) 28.8k baud Modem (ISDN line is even better) A working 32-bit Internet service connection using the MS Dialer (e.g. MSN, CompuServe 3.1 or later, AOL 3.0 or later for Windows 95, or another ISP's compatible software) or ISDN, T1, T3, etc. AOL users must also install either Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later Related Topics System Requirements Installing WebSleuth Establishing a Connection
