Program Buttons
When you click a program button ( or drop a clip on one), you start the program which Windows associates with the file extension you entered in the options window.
For many programs, this will be obvious and already set up - MS Word = DOC - Notepad = TXT Etc.
However, the program you want to use to edit clips may not have a file type associated with it or the file type you normally edit with that program may already be associated with another program.
For example:-
If you have an HTML editor in which you edit .htm files, the extension HTM will almost certainly be associated with your Internet browser and not your editor.
To launch this program, all you need to do is invent a file extension and associate that extension with the program.
