Paste Method
When you paste, the program puts your clip on the Windows clipboard, switches back to your working application and instructs it to paste by simulating the paste keys Ctrl+V. The vast majority of programs accept Ctrl+V to paste. If you have a program that doesn't, you can switch to secondary paste method. The Program will then use the paste keys Shift+Ins.
