Q) Why does the start button not highlight green?

A) You have not entered the minimum search criteria. With the standard version of UK-Info, the minimum criteria for an electoral roll search is any entry in either the Surname or Company box. The professional version allows location based searching without a name. For Directory Enquiries searches you must enter at least the first three characters of a Surname and a Locality or first two characters of a Postcode.
Another possible reason is that your UK-Info 2003 is not licensed correctly. Please contact
sitekey@192.com for further details.
