Using Results

SORTING RESULTS

The results of a search can be sorted by ANY field you like. This is particularly useful if you want to view the information in relation to itself, such as identify records from the same locality, or quickly find people with a certain Street Address. To sort the records by any particular field do the following;

1. Click once on the field header you wish to sort the data by. The records will now be sorted ASCENDING by that field, i.e. A-Z or 0-9.

2. If you wish to sort the records DESCENDING click the same field header again. The records will now be sorted DESCENDING. The field header will include the symbol.

3. To reset the sort click on the field header once more.
