To return to your calendar, use your browser's Back button.

Using your browser
Your browser consists of a window that has the browser's menu bar and buttons on top, and a content area below. The content area displays Organizer Web Calendar. To work with Organizer Web Calendar, click graphics (images) or highlighted words (colored, underlined text), or enter text in text boxes in the content area.

Your browser can contain the following items:

  • The menu bar, which lets you perform browser tasks.

  • The browser toolbar, which provides access to commonly used browser tasks.

  • The location field, which displays the address or Universal Resource Locator (URL) of the page you're viewing.

  • Directory buttons, which provide links to pages with information and tools for browsing the World Wide Web.

  • The content area, which displays Organizer Web Calendar.

  • The status field, at the bottom of the browser window, which displays status messages (such as when a page is loaded or when browser errors occur).

To make more room on a page, use menu commands to hide the browser's toolbar, buttons, or location field. If you're using Netscape Navigator, use the Options menu; if you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer, use the View menu.

Use the browser's menu bar and buttons to perform the following tasks:

  • To print an Organizer Web Calendar view, choose File - Print from your browser's menu.

  • To move between previously viewed pages, choose Go - Back or Go - Forward from your browser's menu, or click the Back or Forward button in your browser's toolbar.

  • To find text in an Organizer Web Calendar page, choose Edit - Find from your browser's menu.

Avoid using the following browser commands in Organizer Web Calendar:

  • Netscape Navigator's Reload command tells Organizer Web Calendar to repeat the previous command. For example, if you create a To Do task and click Reload, the message "Do you want to re-post from data?" displays. If you click Yes, you'll create another task in your calendar, which will be a duplicate of the first task you created. Internet Explorer's Refresh command works in a similar fashion. The preferred way to "refresh" or "reload" a screen from your Calendar is to use the Organizer Web Calendar Toolbar controls and Go button.

  • Bookmarks, which you typically use to quickly go to a Web page. The information in your file in Organizer Web Calendar changes frequently, and bookmarked pages may not contain the most current information in your file.
