Toolbar icons
Toolbar icons are located across the top of your browser's content screen, above where your calendar is displayed. Toolbar icons provide tools for performing Organizer Web Calendar tasks. Some icons are only available when you're viewing your calendar, and not when you're creating or editing an entry.

| Lets you create a new appointment in your calendar.
If you're viewing a calendar for which you have read-only access, this icon is unavailable. |
| Lets you create a new task.
If you're viewing a calendar for which you have read-only access, this icon is unavailable. |
| Changes to a different view or date. Click Go after you change the view or date in the toolbar to display the new view or date in your Calendar.

| Displays today's date in the current Calendar view, or in the view you select. For example, you can select the view you want and click this icon to display Today's date in that view.

| Displays Help for the current view or page.
|
| Closes the current Organizer 97 (.OR3) file and returns to the Organizer Web Calendar login page.
