Calendar views
The Calendar section has four views: Day, Week, Month, and Year. These views let you display Calendar entries differently. The default view is based on the preferred view specified in the Calendar Preferences of your Organizer 97 (.OR3) file. For example, if you selected Day per page view as your preferred view in the Calendar Preferences of your .OR3 file, then the default view in Organizer Web Calendar is Day view; if you selected Work week or Week per page, then the default is Week view; or, if you selected Month, then the default is Month view.
Each view displays information in a different format.
- Day view displays a single day. If you chose to show entries from other sections in Calendar in your .OR3 file, your tasks, Calls entries, events, and anniversaries will be displayed in this view.
- Week view displays one week. The week starts with Monday. Each day of the week displays one line of information for each appointment. If you chose to show entries from other sections in Calendar in your .OR3 file, each day displays one line of information for each task, Calls entry, event, and anniversary below the appointments for the day.
- Month view displays an entire month. Each day of the month displays one line of information for each appointment. Show-through entries do not appear in this view.
- Year view displays each month, January through December, in the year you select.
You can easily switch from one view to another. For example, on a day-to-day basis you may prefer working in the Day view, but periodically switch to the Month view to get an overview of your schedule.

Regardless of the view you're in, you can schedule new appointments, edit existing appointments, and move appointments from one day or time to another.
