Purpose
This page lets you specify what will be printed in the header and footer region of each page printed.
Usage
Specify the text of the header and footer by entering characters into the relevant Left, Centre and Right edit boxes. Text entered into the Left, Centre and Right hand edit boxes will be left, centre and right justified, respectively.

| Line below header | Check this check box to draw a horizontal line below each header. |
| Line above header | Check this check box to draw a horizontal line below each footer. |
| Header on first page only | Select this radio button if you wish to print the header on only the first page. |
| Header on all pages | Select this radio button if you wish to print the header on each page that is printed. |
| Footer on first page only | Select this radio button if you wish to print the footer on only the first page. |
| Footer on all pages | Select this radio button if you wish to print the footer on each page that is printed. |
| Header Font | Pressing this button lets you define the font used to draw header text. |
| Footer Font | Pressing this button lets you define the font used to draw footer text. |
