Yeah Write is a clever word processor. Not only does it have all the universal word processing features in a small fast package, but it also combines smart document and information management features. This is possible because it uses HTML code -- a creation of several programmers who worked on early versions of WordPerfect.
It uses the metaphor of file drawers and folders. All folders contain tabs, such as Address, General, Memo, Note etc. When you click on a tab and create a new document, the document is both preformatted and indexed for you -- you can browse the index to find your documents or use the fast search feature. You can create your own tabs, choosing among eight different document styles. Unbelievably, because the program is small and fast, it even includes advanced features like styles and outlines.
CardFile 97 is basically Windows CardFile in 32-bit.

If you miss Windows CardFile, you'll enjoy this little program. You can store anything: addresses, Internet data, parts numbers -- any reference information you want to keep handy. Daylife is an unusual program. It tracks, catalogues and eventually forecasts your days. You enter a rating for each day and make notes on the events of the day, your emotional and physical condition etc. The program makes use of these entries to make predictions on specific days in the future. Results are not guaranteed! However, the program will enable you to see your own patterns. By gaining insight, you're at liberty to change your patterns if you wish.
DOS programs are best installed from the DOS prompt. We have provided an Install link for some programs which may install under Windows, but then again they may not. If the install fails you should exit to DOS, log onto the directory listed, and run the install from the DOS prompt. Others may need to be copied to the hard drive first.
