Interplay As far as support goes Interplay really know how to treat their customers. There is sufficient support for older titles as well as the new hits like Descent and Shattered Steel. Unless you are a Lucas Arts junkie don't bother. Electronic Arts EA produces a large variety of games and are affiliated with a number of companies so no matter what your interest you will find everything from competitions to offers of free T-Shirts if you dig deep enough. Those of you who love flight simulators and creating your own scenarios will be thrilled by the support and offerings on Jane's Combat Simulations page while anyone who enjoys the thrill of the network game can join the EA Multiplayer Matchup Server to play with someone in another state or country! iD If you've ever played DOOM (who hasn't?) iD software needs no introduction. They do have other games too and a pretty good site. Nintendo Nintendo's home page has the very groovy name of Nintento Power Source and visitors to the page can walk through the virtual hallway of Nintendo's online headquarters peeking in doors and taking some very interesting elevator rides. There are T-Shirts to be won by budding games reviewers and their current site includes interviews with some of the world's leading games developers. Sierra Well know for popular games like Phantasmagoria, Leisure Suite Larry and the entire King's Quest series, Sierra aren't as well known for their fantastic web designs. Their current big promotion is an upcoming title, Lighthouse and the graphics used are quite innovative. There is plenty of free stuff here, aside from the traditional demos and patches you will find on offer prizes from big names like Intel as well as enhancements to games you already own through Sierra's Internet Gaming System. While you are here be sure to check out The Realm, their 3D interactive Internet game – it is amazing! Westwood Studios Excellent technical support is what sets this page apart from others, perplexed gamers can even email the developers in sever crises.
