ClarisWorks Users Group Talk about fanatical! These people really do know and love ClarisWorks. If you are one of the adoring fans be sure to drop by. Official Works Page This is actually one of the better Microsoft homepages. Links to independent magazine articles, external Web sites and tutorials make it a good starting point for Works users. Newsgroups Word processorsAmi Pro FAQ Simple and straightforward. A very nice explanation for those new to Ami Pro. Ami Pro FTP site Looking for something to jazz up your favourite word processor? This FTP site is chock-a-block with cool Ami Pro-specific utilities. Ami Pro Macros and Stuff Macro junkies can download dozens of time-saving macros and learn to automate virtually any task from this classy looking site. Corel's WordPerfect FTP Site At last a site where users of older software are catered for almost as well as the new users. You will find utilities right back to the good old days of WordPerfect for DOS 4.2! LotusScript, HTML and Word Pro If you like to roll your sleeves up and delve into the technical side of Lotus' Word Pro, this is one site you will visit often. The Unofficial WordPerfect Site By the same guy who maintains the Unofficial Microsoft Homepage above, this WordPerfect site isn't yet nearly as thorough but there are signs of good things to come. WOPR An enormously popular add-on for Microsoft Word maniacs, WOPR is filled with useful `performance enhancing' utilities. From here you can read WOW, a free newsletter devoted to Word and download demo copies of various utilities. Word Official Homepage Yet another official support page from Microsoft. It has the usual `sanctioned by Bill' add-ons and patches, no third-party software and lots of links `encouraging' you to use Microsoft Word. Word Pro 96 Support You'll find lots of help at this site. The SmartSuite Knowledgebase is particularly useful if you are trying to solve those really difficult problems. WordPerfect An alias for Corel.com you must physically choose WordPerfect from a menu to get any information. WordPerfect for DOS Magazine Search the extensive database of the popular WordPerfect for DOS Magazine right back to January 1992. WordPerfect Magazine A sure-fire way to become a WordPerfect wizard is to read the sampling of well-written articles in this great little magazine. From the secret tips 'n' tricks to the top five customer support questions, there really is something for every WordPerfect user. WordPro FTP Site Official updates and demo copies of WordPro for Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 is what you'll find here. Word Pro Scripts, Tool and Ami Pro Macros If the word `macro' strikes fear into your heart then RichZ has a whole page of excellent ready-made Word Pro and Ami Pro scripts available for free download. Lotus 1-2-3 Customer FTP Site Another great FTP site from Lotus, you will find a hotchpotch of additional files for Mac, OS/2, Unix and PC versions of Lotus 1-2-3. Official Excel Homepage Plagued by the dreaded Excel Macro virus? Need to publish your Excel charts online? Want to view Excel charts without actually opening the entire program? Microsoft's official page will provide you with any Microsoft patch, upgrade or add on -- but no more. Unofficial Microsoft Excel Page This man lives, breaths and eats Excel. He seems to know more about the product than Microsoft -- he certainly offers Excel users much more! Newsgroups DatabasesAccess for Win 3.1 Misc Files Whether it be a church membership manager or an SQL query interface for Access under Windows 3.1, you are bound to find something tantalising here. Access for Win 95 Misc Files This site is nowhere near as comprehensive as its Windows 3.1 counterpart, but it is growing slowly. Essential Access 95 Tips 'n' Tricks This page is maintained by the author of Essential Windows 95, and this guy really knows his stuff! Bookmark this one if you use Access 95. Lotus Approach 96 The official Lotus Approach homepage is in dire need of some valuable content. This is a logical starting point, but don't expect anything other than product information. Lotus Approach FTP site This official FTP site on the other hand is the exact opposite of the official Web page. Not only can you download the latest updates to Approach, but there are some fascinating technical notes and samples of what you can do with the product. Microsoft Access Developer Forum Another official page, this is aimed primarily at those developing applications for Access. While it does contain tips and helpful information, this is definitely not a site for Access newbies. High end users, however, will adore it. Official Access Home Page Microsoft's online support of products, especially of popular ones, is very good. Access is no exception. Try this page for Access Chat Sessions, an Access Job Forum and the latest officially sanctioned software. Unfortunately, you won't find information on anything but the latest version -- Microsoft seem to have forgotten about its Access for Windows 3.1 users. Official Paradox 7 Homepage Borland haven't ignored their Windows 3.1 users, in fact on their official Paradox 7 page, you will find links to third-party plug-ins. Paradox Informant Magazine A monthly magazine that discusses everything Paradox related, this isn't the full version, but the range of sample articles is extremely helpful and filled with expert tips and tricks. Paradox File Library Regularly updated, the Paradox File Library is a goldmine of valuable bits and pieces. Check out the top 40 downloads of the month. Newsgroups

Resource DesktopPublishing.Com isn't quite the ultimate resource but it is a DTP devotees delight. There are dozens of nicely categorised links to other DTP pages and a good collection of `free stuff' for download junkies. DTP Internet Jumplist For a page devoted to DTP this page doesn't look the part, but never judge a book by its cover! You could spend hours following the links from this page. If you are looking for something DTP-related then look no further, it seems that every decent DTP page on the Internet has a link on this page. Macromedia - FreeHand For an official page this one isn't too bad. It has all the right components -- customer feedback, technical support, a whole swag of software extras and a healthy reference library. Microsoft Publisher The best thing about this page is the LIVE Clipart Gallery. Containing over 1000 images, photographs and even video clips it is a wonderful addition to users of Publisher. Unfortunately, the images can only be used with Publisher 97. QuarkXpress Home of the famed QuarkXpress, this is an all-in-one support page for Mac and PC users of the product. If you just want to find out what all the fuss is about. there are several downloadable demos of each version and an extensive FTP site to boot! Serif Users of DrawPlus and PagePlus will recognise Serif's name. Look for the free user newsletter and introductory versions of their products. There are even a few free fonts to get you started. The XPresso Bar If you think you are a QuarkXpress guru who knows the product inside out, this page is bound to show you a thing or two. For those wanting to use their expertise for online publishing, there is a wonderfully thorough section on Quark Xtensions and Quark to HTML products.
