 Auto launch. Netscape News is a competent
newsgroup reader for average use, although it
doesn't permit `offline' operation. URLs which
appear in articles such as the one shown can be
used to launch Navigator onto that site.  Check it out. When reading newsgroups
containing binary files -- typically in the
alt.binaries tree -- Netscape News automatically
decodes and displays images in the viewer
window.
 Easy configuration. Netscape News and
Netscape Mail share common configuration
details and work well together and alongside
Netscape Navigator.
