2000 Compliance |

SoftCD has been fully tested by iOra and by an external test consultant
for year 2000 compliance. All released versions have been passed as
fully compliant.
|
No version of SoftCD is dependant on year of date or
makes calculations based on year of date. No date or
configuration files store dates using two digit years.
SoftCD year 2000 compliance tests also validate the following:
- SoftCD Client and SoftCD Publisher displays dates after the millennium correctly.
- SoftCD Client publications are operational going through midnight on 31st December 1999.
- SoftCD Client correctly handles publications created both before and after the millennium.
- SoftCD Publisher can create publications and amendments after the millennium and
particularly on 1st January 2000, 29th Febrauary 2000 and 31st December 2035.
- SoftCD Client operates at dates up to 31st December 2035, and applies amendments made on
1st January 2000, 29th Febrauary 2000 and 31st December 2035 correctly.
