Own Activity Restrictions

The Own Activity Restrictions page allows you to select which Activities you will have access to when logging Timesheet Information.

To alter your restriction settings click on the Own Activity Restrictions Icon

You can alter your settings by either

Clicking the No Activity Restrictions check box to remove all restrictions. This will mean you will be able to log time against all of the activities in the list and all new activities that are added in the future.

Or by clicking in the Select Check Box against each activity you wish to have access to when logging timesheet information.

Note: Although the clear button will deselect everything in the list, global items will still be available for use. Global items are those which are available throughout the system regardless of any other restrictions, they are available everywhere and to everyone.
