Own Project Restrictions

The Own Project Restrictions Page allows you to select which projects you will have access to when logging Timesheet and Expense Information. Altering your restriction settings could not be simpler.

You can alter your settings by either clicking the No Project Restrictions check box to remove all restrictions. This will mean you will be able to log time and expenses against all of the projects in the list and any new projects that are added in the future.

Or by clicking in the Select Check Box against each project you wish to have access to when logging timesheet and expense information.

Note: Although the clear button will deselect everything in the list, global items will still be available for use. Global items are those which are available throughout the system regardless of any other restrictions, they are available everywhere and to everyone.

To save any changes click Save Restrictions – The Own Project Restrictions – Saved message will appear at the top of the page as confirmation.

To discard changes Click on any icon in the Timesheet Desktop to open a new page or use the Back button in your Browsers toolbar to return to the previous page.
