This unusual book contains the lyrics from Elton John's homage to Marilyn, "Candle in the Wind," artistically laid-out over and amongst photographs of Marilyn and roses. Not exactly a useful book, but quite beautiful.

For many, Milton Greene will always be the ultimate MM photographer: Milton's Marilyn certainly goes a long way in furthering that view. This book has it all: Marilyn without makeup, lesser-known shots from all the famous sittings Marilyn did with Milton, and shots of Marilyn at work on the sets of her movies.
The book is arranged in two parts - the first contains a roughly even mix of text and photographs, while the second contains photos only. In that first half, we learn the events leading-up to Milton's first meeting with Marilyn, the details of what went on during each of their sittings, how Amy Greene felt about having the world's number-one bombshell living in her home, and what occurred during the break-up of Marilyn Monroe Productions.
For those of you who love to find obscure and candid photos of Marilyn, this is an absolute must-have.
