Jim Hyde:What do you look for when you have that many girls [the aspiring models standing outside]? Jessica: Well, you're looking first of all for a beautiful face that has pretty symmetrical features. We look at the eyes -- obviously a nice nose is important, usually, and then full lips. Then, the next step is the body. Body type is very important; usually a long and lean frame. Height isn't as important as it was many years ago, but still about 5' 7" really the minimum they can be. So we're looking for long legs and basically, a great model body, but there has to be something inside them that shows that they're not just a beautiful face and a great body, but just a little bit of personality.
