And so we reach the end of our journey. The histories of Flanders and Castilla y Le≤n sometimes coincide, sometimes go their own way
and are sometimes even a story of conflicts. But then so is the history of every nation, and the history of every person.
An apple tree, a spring, an angel and a virgin symbolise the possibility of a "novum", something new in every person and in every region which can
enable people and nations to be reconciled with themselves and their history.
