   Function:   XPeoY()

   Syntax:     XPeoY([dVar]) --> dBoM

   Arguments:  dVar is a date, defaults to date() (ie. today).

   Returns:    the last day of the year

   Usage:      XPeoY(XPstod('19911215')) --> XPstod('19911231')
