  XPnormKey()
  Set the keyboard rate to factory default.

   Function:   XPnormKey()

               XPnormKey() can be used on "new" ATs and equivalents only,
               it sets the typematic rate to the default value, same
               as XPkeySpeed(1,CPS10).

   Syntax:     XPnormKey()

   Arguments:  None.

   Returns:    None.

   Usage:      XPnormKey()
