  XPslowKey()
  Set the keyboard rate to normal (and that is slow)

   Function:   XPslowKey()

               XPslowkey() can be used on ATs and equivalents only,
               it sets the typematic rate to the normal value.

   Syntax:     XPslowKey()

   Arguments:  None.

   Returns:    None.

   Usage:      XPslowKey()
