OfficeTalk lets you show through planners and events onto your diary, making it possible to see short term appointments and long term bookings within the same view. This is explained in detail in the section Showing a Planner in Your Diary. When a planner booking is shown through onto the Daily Appointments view, it appears as a bar down the left hand side of the appointment window. The colour and pattern of the bar matches the colour and pattern of the planner booking. When an event is shown through on to the Daily Appointments window, it also appears as a bar down the left hand side of the appointment window, however the colour of the bar representing an event is always yellow.
