Internet Service Log Options Page

This page lets you choose options for logging events to the event log.

Usage

Option	Description
Log Sent Messages	Check this check box if you wish to add an event to the event log every time a message is sent.
Log Received Messages	Check this check box if you wish to add an event to the event log every time a message is received.
Log Responses	Check this check box if you wish to add an event to the event log every time a virtual mailbox responds to a message.
Log Forwarding	Check this check box if you wish to add an event to the event log every time a message is forwarded for whatever reason.

If you wish to log all SMTP/POP3 communication to a file then check the Log SMTP/POP3 communications to a file check box and specify the full path of the log file.

Note: You should supply a UNC type filename, e.g. \\mycomputer\c\temp\file.log rather than c:\temp\file.log.

The Show File… button may be used to display the contents of the log file. The Empty File… button may be used to empty the file.
