Purpose
This page lets you specify how and when you connect to and disconnect from the Internet. The controls in this page are only enabled if you have marked this machine as a gateway machine in the Host page.
Usage
| Option | Description |
| Connect to the Internet on Service start-up | Check this check box if you want OfficeTalk to connect to the Internet in order to send and receive mail each time the service is first started. Specify how many seconds to wait before connecting in the adjacent field. |
| Connection Schedule | Press this button if you wish to specify a schedule for connecting to the Internet in order to send and receive Internet mail. |
| Disconnect automatically | Check this check box if you wish to disconnect from the Internet after a certain number of minutes. You may specify how many minutes in the adjacent field. If the Internet service is mid way through sending or receiving, the disconnection will not be made until the activity has finished. This may be over-ridden by pressing the Advanced button. |
| Prompt before connection | Check this check box if you wish OfficeTalk to prompt you before it makes a connection to the Internet. |
| Prompt before disconnection | Check this check box if you wish OfficeTalk to prompt you before it disconnects from the Internet. |
| Advanced | Press this button to display the Advanced dialog box which will let you choose further options for automatically disconnecting. |
