AMF Daily Planner and PIM lets you launch other applications from the command line, same as Windows' File, Run.

If you want to launch another application you have to go to the Tools menu and select the Run Application option.

TIP: CTRL+R is the shortcut key for this option.

After this the Run Application window will be displayed (see picture below)

You can type in the name of the application that you want to launch and its parameters or you can select one application from the previous attempts. Also, you can click on the Browse button and you can browse and select a file from your computer or from the network.

If you check the Run Minimized option your application will be launched in the minimized form.

After you select the desired application, click on the Run button to launch it or click on the Cancel button to close this window.
