Folder Properties

The database stores the following information about each folder: name, type, and a short description of its contents.

If you want to modify folder properties you can right click on the folder and select the Folder properties option from the popup menu that will be displayed. A window with folder properties is displayed (see picture below)

You can modify the following: Folder Name, Folder Type (you can select either alarms, contacts, events, notes or tasks), and Folder Description.

After you finish your changes press OK to save changes to the database or you can click Cancel and you will lose changes.

The following special folders are predefined in the database: Alarms, Contacts, Calendar (All Events, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Tasks Due Dates), Notes (Phone Call Notes), Tasks (All Tasks, Completed Tasks).

All Events folder displays all the events in the database. Birthdays will contain events that correspond to contacts birthdays. Anniversaries will contains events that correspond to contacts anniversaries.
All Tasks folder displays all the tasks in the database. Tasks Due Dates will contain events that correspond to tasks due dates.
Phone Call Notes will contain notes created due calls to contacts.
