Fly as an elite combat pilot for the Alliance in deep space. Commanding the special operations wing you will be taking on challenges in the heart of enemy territory. With no chance of reinforcements and few resources, your leadership will determine if your squadron survives.

It's up to you if you choose to fight on the side of the Alliance. Your rebellious and free spirit may make you more inclined to put your skills up for hire in the mercenary mode of the game. When you fight as a mercenary you have the option of forming a squadron of pilots which you manage. You will be offered contracts from a number of different factions which you can accept or reject. Your combat funds can be managed to pay your squadron and purchase new fighters.
