with many new viruses being discovered every week, there are no guarantees
either expressed or implied. NetGuide recommends that the CD be scanned

Damaged discs
All effort is taken
to ensure the software provided on this CD is fully working and free
of errors. However occasionaly files may be corrupted during transfer,
faulty discs get past our manfacture error checking, or discs can be
damaged in transit. If your CD is damaged or flawed when you receive
it, we will exchange it. Just send the disc with a note of the problem
